Cindy Beck (1966 – 2003)

Cindy was a caring and compassionate woman who saw higher education as the way to open the door of opportunity in life. She was passionate about learning and eager to share that fervor with the world. Cindy mentored students during her days as a pharmacy preceptor and her infectious drive was the push behind her husband earning his bachelors degree. Cindy considered family her greatest accomplishment in life and devoted her soul to nurturing and caring for her two children.

Osborn DeWitt (1949 – 2005)

Osborn DeWitt joined the HHS family through the acquisition of BioPartners in Care.  He was truly passionate about his work in the bleeding disorders community and strived to provide the best possible care for all involved. He was very involved and used his position of Community Advocate to continually support his clients and the community and assist them with all of their needs. Osborn supported the community throughout upstate New York and devoted hours in the evenings and weekends to provide the necessary support.

Tim Haas (1969 – 1994)

Tim Haas not only believed in the founding principles of our company – that information is empowering and that choices are life-giving – he also lived them in his own life. Tim pursued his studies in Europe and was recognized for his short fiction. He edited and was a contributing writer to several literary publications, including The Common Factor. Tim was a captivating speaker about AIDS at schools and colleges; he also served as a tireless activist and leader for the Committee of Ten Thousand (COTT). Tim lived in Arkansas and served Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services as a district representative.

Ricky Hobson (1960 – 1994)

Ricky Hobson’s personally designed business cards read, “Without a Vision, People Perish.” Ricky contributed greatly to the Vision of our company and dedicated his life to those living with hemophilia and HIV. He was a devoted family man and an honorary member of the Native American Creek Nation. Ricky was the MANN Coordinator for his home state of Alabama and also served as the vice president of his local NHF chapter. As one who gave fully of himself as an educator and advocate for others, he received the AIDS Action Award for Volunteers. Ricky served Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services as a district representative.

Michael Moses (1966 – 2003)

Michael was a gifted artist and talented athlete. He approached life with intensity, always striving to achieve his personal best. His enthusiasm and humor were ever present and his compassion for members of this community was unfailing. He volunteered numerous evening and weekend hours to serving the hemophilia community. Michael always saw the glass as half full and recognized potential in each and every person he met.

Jim Stineback (1967 - 1995)

Jim Stineback came to know HHS through our co-sponsorship of the H.O.P.E. nonprofit organization and its Personal Empowerment Conferences. After attending, Jim immediately asked to come work with HHS because he believed in our desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. Jim became an integral part of our dedicated professional team, and was encouraged to continue his self-motivated and extensive community volunteerism. His genuine love and compassion touched many, and NHF selected him to receive the 1995 Outstanding Chapter Leadership Award. Jim lived in Michigan and served Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services as a district representative.

Scott Tarbell (1974 – 2002)

Scott Richard Tarbell was hired in 1999 by our sister company, Nova Factor. Scott ended up within the family of HHS in December of 2001 by transferring to Nashville from Memphis. Scott was dedicated to his work and was an exemplary Customer Service provider. He was loved by all who knew him. He scored a perfect score on both his ACT and SAT tests and completed his Microsoft Technician Certification in 8 days.

He would greet anyone that called him for his assistance with, "Hi, this is Scott Tarbell with the HHS IS department in Nashville, TN. How may I be of service to you this bright, wonderful, cheerful day." Scott lived with Hemophilia, HIV and Hepatitis C.  Scott was an inspiration to all who knew him. Scott was a Systems Analyst for Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services.  He was a co-worker, a patient and a friend.
