Essay questions
Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services Memorial Scholarship applicants:
“What has been your own personal challenge in living with a bleeding disorder?”
Scott Tarbell Scholarship applicants:
“Upon receiving your education in math and/or computer science, how will you use the new technologies (e.g., computer, internet) to better mankind, and what ethical issues will you need to address?”
Becky Cohn Scholarship applicants:
“What has been your involvement with and service to the bleeding disorders community?”
If you are applying for the Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services Memorial Scholarship, the Scott Tarbell Scholarship, and the Becky Cohn Scholarship, you must complete all three essays. All essays must be 250 words or less .
After completing the online application:
- Upload your required documents online. If you are unable to upload them, mail or fax your supporting documents following the instructions printed from your online application. If you do not follow the instructions exactly, your application may not be considered.
- Your submission must be complete by May 1, 2010.
